He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Paul Bristow and Minnie Louise Bristow (Wildrick); his wife Deborah Bristow; his siblings, Ray Bristow, Lewis Bristow, Roger Bristow, Steven Bristow and Rose Bristow; his stepgrandson Nathaniel Anderson; and his son-in-law Stephen Vickery.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Collins (Todd) and Cody Bristow (Chris); his siblings, Charlotte Heller, Jeff Bristow, Scotty Bristow (Ann), Thomas Bristow (Gerry) and Truman Bristow; his stepdaughters, Rhonda Vickery, Chrystal Trueblood (Troy), Rockcie Barker (Rick), Amanda Rhoades and Alexa Rhoades; his grandsons, Paden Collins, Quaid Collins (Jourdan) and Beau Bristow; his great grandchildren, Bishop Collins, Dekker and Delilah Collins; his granddaughter Hermione Rhoades; and his great grandchild Cheyenne Roberts. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
