He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kelley and Rosie Leach Kelley; his siblings, Raymond, Dan, Bill Kelley and Lois Green; and his granddaughter Kimberly Shaw.
He is survived by: his spouse Sissy Carriger of Lometa, Texas; his children, William (Leslie Kelley) of Priddy, Texas and Susan (John Hines) of Lometa, Texas; his sisters, Flossie Woodward of San Saba, Mary Childers of San Saba and Eddie Lee Harbour of Goldthwaite; his grandchildren, Cole (Carolin Kelley) of Copperas Cove, Kassie (Wesley Kepler) of Lometa, Kayla (Jim Maxwell) of Richmond, Shelby Kelley (Dalton Bertram) of Huntsville, Colton Harrison, Cody Sanguinet, Mason Hines (Carlee Pascual), Holly Hines and Colbi Sanguinet; and his great grandchildren, Reagan Maxwell, Austin Kepler, Lexi Kelley, Barrett Cantu, McKenna Kepler, Jaxon Maxwell, Kyla Kepler, Madisyn Maxwell and Memphis Maxwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
