He is survived by: his wife Mary Philipp; his children, Gary Philipp (Melinda) of Brady, TX, Linda Philipp Carroll of Temple, TX and Brenda Philipp Strain (Kris) of College Station, TX; his sisters, Carrie Baze of Irving, TX and Aultie Olive of Huntsville, Alabama; his son-in-law Billy Wiley of Midland, TX; his granddaughters, Laurie Carroll, Jenifer Black, Cindy Carroll, Christy Guadarrama, Melissa Philipp, Andrea Posson and Katie Early; and his great grandchildren, Deon Penn, Katerina Carroll, Sam Carroll, Rose Carroll, Kiron Williams, Landri Guadarrama, Emily Posson, Grant Posson, Gracyn Early and Ella Early.
