He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hugh, Sr. and Carmen Hallmark of Hamlin. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sons, Brent, Tammi of Oklahoma City, Todd and Shana of Lockney; his grandchildren, Dion, JoLynn, Kaley, Kennedy and Bryson; his sister Donna Hall of Abilene; and his cousins, Tommy Elliot (Judy) of Princeton and Randy Elliot of Sadler. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
