She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alvin Dorman and Rochelle Dorman. She is survived by: her husband Zach Cummings; her children, Adam (Ashley Cummings), Courtney (Kyle Wood) and Cagan (Steph Cummings); her grandchildren, Laney Cummings, Carter Cummings, Kasyn Wood, Cooper Wood, Callyn Wood and Sterling Cummings; her brother Johnny (Julie Dorman); and her cousins, Alisse, David Smyth, Missy and Raj Croager. She is also survived by many other family members as well as her closest friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lockney Cemetery Association or the Lockney Life Foundation.
