It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martina (Lockney) Beltran of Lockney, Texas, born in Victoria, Texas, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mariana Zapata and Lorenzo Vasquez; her son Joe Garcia; and her great great grandchild Sarah Rose Torrez. She is survived by: her husband Jose Beltran; and her children, Jorge (Erika Garcia) of Colorado, Robert (Rosie Garcia) of Mason, Silvester Garcia, Jr. of Lockney, Steve (Linda Garcia) of Lockney, Francisco (Reina Garcia) of Sherman, Ernesto Garcia of San Antonio, Martha Torrez Garcia of Plainview, Maria Aurelia Bosquez (Joe Manuel Gonzales) of Plainview and Bertha Alicia Garcia of Colorado. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
