With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Luisa (Lockney) Blanco (Lockney, Texas), who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paublo (Teresa Suarez) and Jalisco; and her daughters, Margaret Blanco Cerda and Kema Crystal Blanco. She is survived by: her children, Chavela Nolan (Roy), Rodolfo Blanco Jr. (Rita), Carmen Luna (Tony), Ruth Tapia (Israel), Fidel Blanco (Rosie), Veronica Evans (David) and Daisey Rhodes (Phillip); and her husband Rodolfo Blanco Sr. (Tamaulipas). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
