She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Foster (Fuller) and Scott Oats; her siblings, Sydney Foster and Linda Tyler; and her nephew Chuck Housel.
She is survived by: her stepfather Clyde Foster; her husband Donovan Housel of Jasonville; her children, Donovan Housel (Peggy) of Spencer, Dawn Welch of Jasonville and Dara Carmichael (Tim) of Calvertville; and her half-sisters, Robbie Ault of San Antonio and Peggy Tomlinson of Canyon Lake. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
