He is survived by: his parents, Marcelino Hernandez (Virginia Hernandez) and Ofelia Hernandez of Plainview, Texas.; his children, Juan Anthony Hernandez of Lubbock, Texas., Gracie Cervantes (Fred) of Lockney, Texas, Alma Luna (Willie) of Van Vleck, Texas, Becky Menchaca (Noe) of Dallas, Texas and Analia Hernandez (Daylen Gatica) of Lubbock, Texas; his sisters, Susie Rocha of Levelland, Texas., Sylvia of Plainview Texas and Julie (Jason Jass) of Plainview, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Andrew Luna, Mia Rodriguez, Josiah Rodriguez, Gabriella Cervantes, Jerimiah Chavira, Nickolas Cervantes, Zachariah Luna, Noe Menchaca, Elijah Luna, Arryanna Menchaca, Lilyanna Menchaca and Adalyn Gatica.
