She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Josiah Foster Jr. "Eddie Joe"; her parents, J. R. Belt and Maye Belt; and her grandson Luke Foster. She is survived by: her children, David Alan Foster, Edward Josiah Foster, III, Melanie Ann Foster and Karyn Maye Foster Murray; her grandchildren, Addie Foster Powers, William Foster (Samantha), Senee'Cole (Asa), Segayle Blakely (Justin) and SyAnn Young (Chase); her siblings, Carolyn Belt Duvall and Steven Douglas Belt; her niece Lauri Hebner; and her nephew Dodd Duvall.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kornerstone Funeral Directors (3605 SW 3rd, Plainview, TX 79072). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lockney Cemetery.
