He was predeceased by: his father Don McLaughlin; his stepfather Al King; his grandparents, Lilly Matthews, Harold and Jewell McLaughlin; and his sister-in-law Vonda McLaughlin.
He is survived by: his mother Rosalee McLaughlin; his sister Teresa; his brother-in-law Tom Carpenter; his brother Donnie McLaughlin; and his daughters, Michele Terry and Sarah McLaughlin. He is also survived by five grandsons; many cousins; two aunts; two uncles; and many friends.
