He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Durham and Annie Louise Fortenberry; and his brothers, Jimmy Durham and Leon Guilliams. He is survived by: his wife Lesca Durham of Lockney; his sons, Mikhael Durham (Diana) of Lubbock and Timothy "Cooter" Durham (Brooke) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Courtney, Blake, Karlee and Kye; his great grandchild Liam; his siblings, Don Guilliams (Linda) of West Plains and Melba Dudley of Carlsbad; and his sister-in-law Sue Borkus (Jim) of West Plains, Missouri.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
