He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie. He is survived by: his sons, Leland Venable of Tampa, FL and David Lee Monroe of California; his siblings, Carroll Monroe of Waco, TX, Alan Monroe of Plainview, Angie Monroe of Lubbock and Toka Monroe of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Sloane Monroe and Wyatt Monroe; and his great grandchild Zandria.
