He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie O. Quinn and Marie McCoy Quinn; and his siblings, Charles David Quinn, Betty Joyce Holloway and Alfreda Elaine Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, David Louis Quinn (Dawn) and Teresa Lynne Quinn Donnell (Frank); his wife Patsy Lee Sawyer Quinn; his grandchildren, Madison Chavira (Jose), Shelby Martinez (Kyle), Robert Quinn, Brianna Rodriguez (Travis) and William Rodriguez (Andrianna); and his great grandchildren, Logan Price, Luke Rodriguez and Trey Chavira. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
