He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Newton and Siblle Jan Kemp. He is survived by: his wife Evie Lou McCrury of Staples; his children, Kyle Ira Kemp of College Station and Katy Nell Kemp of Staples; his granddaughter Kristi Lynn Summers; his brother Donald Harvey Kemp of Seguin; his brother-in-law Cliff McCrury (Trisha) of Stephenville; his nephew Clifton; his nieces, Kayla and Kayci; and also, Cody James Summers, Luke James Summers and Adelynn Grace Summers of Luling.
