With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa B. Sladek of Lockhart, Texas, born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on June 10, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Lee and Alfred Lowden; and her nephew Michael Heath Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Herb Sladek of Dale; her sons, Alan Sladek (Dawn) of Cleburne and Paul Sladek (Jennifer) of Round Rock; her grandchildren, Claire Fender (Luke) of Midland and Jack Sladek of Cleburne; her great grandchild Hank Fender of Midland; and her sister Wilda Vasquez (Ismael) of Bastrop.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to support Ugandan Mission Work through The Lockhart Church of Christ.
