He is survived by: his son Waylon Fehlis Hebert (Demi Hebert); his grandson Chance Hebert; his adoptive son Jacob Allen; and his siblings, Michael Fehlis (Suzanne), Tammy Fehlis Wright (Darby) and Lori Fehlis Magness (Danny).
