She was predeceased by: her husband Carlos Mendoza Sr.; her parents, Saturnino Balandran and Maria Balandran; and her siblings, Cleto, Candelario, Antonio, Benigno, Lorenzo Balandran and Luisa Balandran Silva.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe Mendoza (Rachel) and Carlos Mendoza Jr.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson and numerous nieces and nephews.
