He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Chuck LaHugh and Bonnie LaHugh. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Zoulek; his children, Noah Zoulek and Alexis Zoulek; his parents, Cindy Zoulek and Mark Zoulek; his stepmother Debbie Zoulek; his siblings, Sara Zoulek and Derek Gentzel (Peewee); his parent-in-law David; his siblings-in-law, Tammy Nevil and Scott Nevil; and his grandparents, Richard Zoulek and Pauline Zoulek. He is also survived by special friends and family include Heath Waldeck, Andrew Waldeck, Nate Nelson, Odie Karr and Andrew Whited, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
