He is survived by: his mother Barbara Lacy; his wife Elsie Lacy; his sister Teresa Jeter (Steve); his children, Angie Seiber (Shane), Lisa Hickman (Jake), Hope Ruppanner (Trenton), Zach Patterson (Kim), Sam Patterson (Christy) and Samantha Moore (Jeremy); his daughter-in-law Vita Shults; his grandchildren, Hannah, Cody, Camryn, Monet (Jeff), Logan, Derek, Ezra, Gabe and Nehemiah; and his great grandchildren, Ruby and Hope. He is also survived by his family, friends.
