He is survived by: his children, Ricky Rangel, Thomas Rangel, Alfred Rangel, Peggy Romero, Cathy Lopez, Carol Garza and Yolanda Martinez; and his sisters, Matilde Hernandez, Celia Torres and Eloise Gonzales. He is also survived by his fifteen Grandchildren, twenty-three Great-Grandchildren and one Great Great-Grandchild.
