She was predeceased by: her parents, Valdo Castillo and Cruz Castillo (Deleon); her husband Natividad Moreno; her daughter Josephine Arredondo; and her siblings, Ernestina Arredondo, Sophia Moreno and Angel Castillo.
She is survived by: her children, Margarita Gonzales (Luis), Janie Gonzales (Joe), Rose Marie Vasquez (Jack), Adela Leal (Johnny), Carolina Velasquez (Michael), Joe Natividad Moreno (Michelle) and Mario Arrevlo-Moreno (David); and also, Celia Rodriquez, Josephine Ramirez and Valdo Castillo Jr..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomason Funeral Home - Lockhart (2220 S Colorado St, Lockhart, TX 78644). A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Visitation Catholic Church (205 W Pecan St, Lockhart, TX 78644).
