She was predeceased by: her parents, Anita Sanchez, (Peralez) and Eulalio "Lalo" Sanchez, Sr.; her brothers, Benito Jesus "Jesse" Sanchez, Sr. and Michael A. Sanchez; and her father-in-law Johnny Barron.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Barron, Sr.; her children, Carolyn Roxanne "Roxie" Barron-Leath (Javier) and John Louis Barron, Jr. (Kassie); her grandchildren, Jaiden, Ajay, Ayden, Ryleigh, Dakota, Sariah, Julius, John III and Linda Kay; her siblings, Robert P. Sanchez (Angie Gonzales-Sanchez), Joe Sanchez (Sara), Eulalio Sanchez, Jr. (Ruth), Teresa Maldonado, Gloria Parra (Ray), Diana Castilleja (Daniel), Sylvia Gonzales, Tammy Sanchez (Amy), James "Jamo" Sanchez (Jenni), Benito Jesus "Tuti" Sanchez, Jr. (Jessica) and Stephanie Sanchez (Luciano); her niece Annette Rivas; her mother-in-law Fidelia Barron; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas "Tommy" Barron (Raquel), Carol Montoya (Andres Oliveros), Annie Vasquez (Fred) and Annie Sanchez. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomason Funeral Home - Lockhart (2220 S Colorado St, Lockhart, TX 78644). A rosary was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary of the Visitation Catholic Church (205 W Pecan St, Lockhart, TX 78644). A reception was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lockhart Evening Lions Club (220 Bufkin Ln, Lockhart, TX 78644).
She was no stranger to donating her time where and when it was needed; a supporter of school activities, events, local clubs and organizations as a business sponsor.
