It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Lillian Kelly of Lockhart, Texas, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Farris McMillan and Marie McMillan; and her siblings, Thomas McMillan and Rose Maire McMillan. She is survived by: her husband Joe Marshall Kelly, Jr.; her daughters, Andrea Theriot (Ed) of Lockhart and Allison Butler (Steven) of New Braunfels; her grandchildren, Marshall Kelly (Shelley) of Lockhart, Joey Theriot (Whitney), Kelly Cortinas (Alex), Alyse Ricouard (Joey), Kailee Gutierrez (Mario) and Madison Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Liam Theriot, Colton, Caleb Cortinas, Rhett, Evelyn Ricouard, Luca and Tate Gutierrez.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the First Lockhart Baptist Church or a favorite charity.
