He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Rodgers; his children, Jeffrey Lynn and Nancy Jo; his grandchildren, James Van Horn, Tony Perez, Kirstin Roberts-Van Horn and Lauren Van Horn; and his close friend Sharon Vasbinder.
