She was predeceased by: her parents, Encarnacion II and Consuelo Tamayo; her siblings, Samuel Tamayo, Carmen Moreno (Jesse) and Encarnacion Tamayo III; her sister-in-law Nancy Tamayo; and her nieces, Stephanie Bessner, Rose Tamayo and Veronica Lawson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Albert Tamayo (Lupe), Vivian Carrizales (Lupe), Mary Moreno (Julio), Thomas Tamayo, Patricia Benavides (Martin), Anthony Tamayo (Frances), David Tamayo, James Tamayo, Richard Tamayo (Esther), Leonard Tamayo, Priscilla Tamayo, Nick Tamayo (Misty) and William Tamayo (Cynthia). She is also survived by 60 nieces/nephews, and great-nieces/nephews.
