It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hurricane Jackson Spencer (Lockhart, Texas), who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmira Spruiell Spencer and Lenoy Spencer Jr.; and his siblings, James R. C Spriggs, Aubrey "Joe Boy" Louis Spencer, Ebbie Ann Thompson and Mary Ann Thompson.

He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Lee Barnett; his brothers, George A. Spencer and Carter C. Spencer; and his stepsiblings, Elmarice "Bubba" Gant, Bobbie Jean Williams and Ethel May "Tiny" Wright. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
