He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Head; and his parents, Jessie Mae Head and Edward Head. He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Smith (Booker T.); his siblings, Dennis Head, Ruben Head, Danny Head, Brenda Head and Elizabeth Head; and his great grandchild Abraham Gregory Head. He is also survived by sisters, four (4) brothers, four (4) daughters, one (1) son, five (5) grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
