He is survived by: his wife Janie Bermudez; his children, Gilbert Bermudez Jr. (Marylou) and Julie Bermudez; his siblings, Joe Bermudez of Milwaukee, Maria Longoria and Rosemary Bermudez of Austin; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Aaron, Alysia, Corey, Samaya, Valerie and Adrian Bermudez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
