He is survived by: his wife Roxane; his children, Crystal Smith, Summer Oliver (James Oliver), Brianna Smith and Foster Smith (Jennifer Smith); his grandsons, Grant and Logan Oliver; his brothers, Bruce Smith (Diane Smith) and Jeff Smith (Mary Smith); his siblings-in-law, Paula Smith and Roger Hanson; his nieces and nephews, Chris Werner, Kyle Werner, Misty Ward, Chad Smith, Eric Smith, Kara Hanson, Luke Hanson, Aly Damani and Vance Smith; and his cousins, Gretchen and Stephanie. He is also survived by his cousins, uncles, aunts, and family friends.
