She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence McDavid and Harriet Rainwater McDavid; her husband Daniel Mayfield; and her brother Weldon McDavid. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie (Clinton Mohle), Patricia (Robert Morey) and Cindy (Daniel Wilhelm); and her grandchildren, Jessica Johnston (Ryan), Samantha Peck (Steven), Eric Morey, Matthew Morey, Michelle Morey and Chelsea Wilhelm. She is also survived by her five great grandchildren.
