He was predeceased by: his parents, Farris Brawley, Sr. and Willie Lee Brawley; his son Charles Brawley (Chubby); and his siblings, Farris Brawley, Jr. and Julia Faye Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Patsy Freeman (Perry), Clarence Ray Brawley (LaKishia), Julia Brawley and Arlandris Asbury (Poochie); his grandchildren, Gregory Brawley, LaShaun Brawley Garner, Joshua Freeman, Raven Freeman, Patrick Brawley, Tamera Brawley, Mercedes Ellison, Jordan Ellison, Kyle Ellison, Kylie Nadine Ellison, Devonte Sanders, Marquis Sanders and Ahkeila Asberry; and his siblings, Annice Brawley and William Brawley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
