She is survived by: her children, Tony Collins (Tina) of Lockhart, TX and Tina Rae Collins of Archdale, NC; her stepson Billy Cox (Teresa); her siblings, Lonnie Sears (Ila), Qwen Smith (Richard), Nell Kavanaugh, Ramona Norris (Bud) and Sheila Jackson; her grandchildren, Trey Hewitt (Jennie) of Zebulon, NC, April Hewitt of Ocala, FL, Amanda Hewitt of Lake Wylie, SC, Cierra Collins and Christopher Collins of Lockhart, TX; and her great grandchildren, Raelynn Hewitt, Rylee Hewitt, Reese Hewitt of Zebulon, NC and Rebecca Story of Ocala, FL..
