He is survived by: his wife Lillie Jo Blevins Windham; his children, Tina Rossi, Robin McCartney, Daniel Windham, Darla Damron and James Windham; his brother Darrell Windham; and his stepdaughters, Paula Blackwell Wilhelm and Angie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cherished friends.
