Barbara E. Chapman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara E. Chapman of Lockhart, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 2, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hoffman and Alice Hoffman (Wallhoefer); her former husband Bubba Chapman; her brother Kenneth; her sister-in-law Peggy Hoffman; her sister Doris Harris (Ernest); and also, Bill Chapman (Anna) and Joe.
She is survived by: her husband George R. Chapman (Bubba); her children, Robert Chapman (Vannetta), Terri Chapman Braune (David) and Cindy Chapman Nebrig (Mark); her grandchildren, Jordyn, Yale, Kylie Chapman, William "Cody" Causey, Scott Braune (Kelli), Alex Nebrig and Robert Nebrig (Abbie); and her great grandchildren, Emily, Ben Braune and Griffin Nebrig. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (313 W San Antonio St, Lockhart, TX 78644).
