He was predeceased by: his parents, Ascencion Natividad Rodriguez, Sr. and Josefa Mojica Rodriguez (Ascencion); and his sisters, Lupe Ancira, Penny Herrera, Katy Navarro, Celsa Rodriguez and Josie Peralez.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Elton Rodriguez and Chaun Patrick Rodriguez; his wife Cynthia Rae Rodriguez (Plumb); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Mackenzie, Lakota, Maxwell, Nolan, Roman, Broden, Daphne, Clara and Bethany; and his sisters, Dominga Cerda, FiFi Ibarra and Anne Gonzales. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
