He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bailey and Nannie Bailey; his siblings, Dorothy Kossey, Betty Thornton, Lorelle Floyd and Lawrence Bailey; and his daughter Sharla Bailey Ebert.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Bailey (Sparks); his children, Alan of Llano, Ruth of West Columbia, Pamela Winkworth of Lake Jackson, Dianne and Chuck of Llano; and also Ashwood of West Columbia.
