He is survived by: his spouse Vinnia Lee Gatliff of Llano, Texas; his sister Mary Johnson of Lake Whitney, Texas; his sons, Jimmy Ray Bailey (Marcel) of Victoria and Charlie Dewayne Bailey of Gainesville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Bryan Lee Bailey (Katy) of Victoria, Matthew Ray Bailey of Victoria, James Ray Bailey (Paige) of Burnet, Brett Wayne Bailey (Candice) of Bertram, Cassie Lee Ann Crow (Paden) of Bertram and Lauren Rose Althouse (Austin); and his great grandchildren, Bryce Nethaniel Bailey, Hunter Lee Bailey, Tyler Braden Bailey, Royce Gillespie, Riley Cash Bailey, Remington Blaze Bailey, Reed Asher Bailey, Ryan Rex Bailey, Conner Ellis Crow, Lane David Crow and Hayes Andrew Althouse.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel (201 E 3rd St, Lampasas, TX 76550). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
