He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Alexander Starns and Edna Bernadette Starns (Moran). He is survived by: his wife Glenda Starns of Livingston, Texas; and his children, Wesley Starns of Kemp, Texas, Ronda Starns of Burleson, Texas and W. A. Starns Jr. (BJ) of Livingston, Texas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
