He is survived by: his wife Beth Moncrief; his daughters, Jennifer M. Evans, Shelley N. Anderson and Donna D. Whitley (John); and his grandchildren, Corey Alan Smith, Justin Taylor Smith, Amya Ryanne Duzich, William Westley Silas, Jordan Frank Anderson and Joshua Douglas Whitley.
