He was predeceased by: his brother Henry Rossow. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jo Rossow of Livingston, Texas; his son Walter; his daughter-in-law Kellie Rossow Jr. of Livingston, Texas; his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Keith Livingston of Livingston, Texas; his son T. D. Rossow of Livingston, Texas; his grandchildren, Erik Rossow (Amber), Britini Rossow, Jessa Rossow, Dustin Andreas (Jessica) and Rachel Stinson (Chris); his sister Marie; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Johnson of Manvel, Texas and Wanda Lou Rossow. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
