With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Cook of Livingston, Texas, born in Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on August 9, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walter Cook and Zula Cook (Thompson); and his wife Dois Cook. He is survived by: his son Greg Cook (Heather); his grandchildren, Brittany Williford, Travis of Livingston, Ryan Cook, Kyria of Conroe, Kaden Roskey of Caldwell, Texas and Kyler Roskey of Caldwell, Texas; his great great grandchildren, Landon Williford, Lily-Mae Williford and Walter Lee Williford; his siblings, Seenie, James Taylor (Nancy), Ronnie Taylor (Elizabeth) and Ruth Taylor of Onalaska, Texas; his nephew Dewayne Taylor (Kim); and his nieces, Dena Whitington (John) and Teresa Taylor. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
