He was predeceased by: his parents, AC Wortham (Earlene Wortham) and Towana Tyrone Wortham; his grandparents, Lewis, Luana Wortham, Rodney and Willie Lee Adair; and his siblings, James Arthur, Ray Lewis, Glenn O'Neal and Evelyn Hayes.
He is survived by: his children, Tywana Wortham of Beaumont, Shayla Wortham of Huntsville, Towana Wortham Jrs of Huntsville, Haily Wortham of Louisiana, Laketria McNeil of Houston, Trevor Wortham, Talisha Wortham, Trenton Wortham and Tara Wortham; his sisters, Artie Whitley of Austin, Rita Adams of Livingston, Texas., Leanna James of Livingston, Texas. and Marilyn Wortham of Livingston, Texas.; and his brother-in-law James Hays I of San Antonio. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
