He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarome Chapman and Lindon Chapman; and his brothers, Christopher and Keith Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Chapman; his children, Robert Macik (Natalie), Evan "Jack" Macik, Tony Jacob (Elizabeth), Tyrona Tucker Alberta Galloway and Yolondia Wahn (Ricky); and his brothers, Anthony Chapman (Angelle) and Pierre "Monte" Chapman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
