He was predeceased by: his grandmother Phyllis Ullrich of Mt. Vernon; his great-grandparent Anna Ullrich of Texas; his grandparents, Jean and Wendell Noggle of Rose Bud; and his great-grandparent Claude Lee Johnson of Russellville.
He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Dale and Angela Renee Noggle (Ullrich) of Rose Bud; his siblings, Gabrielle Noggle "Gabby" and Matthew Noggle "Matt"; his grandparents, John Ullrich of Mt. Vernon, Charles and Edna Jane Bacus of Little Rock; and his great-grandparents, Anthony Ullrich of Texas and Gerald Dean Johnson of Hot Springs. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
