She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard and Mary Mandel Sr. (Freeman). She is survived by: her husband Vincent Whitmore; her children, Kayla Lynn Willingham (Mark Skelton), Tina Renee Whitmore and Draven Whitmore; her siblings, Richard Mandel Jr. (Melinda), Edwin Mandel, Linda Parsons (Cole) and Brenda (Mike); her grandchildren, Cloe Atkinson, Derrick Willingham and Aiden Willingham; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Whitmore, Edie Sargent, Diana Whitmore and Mary Paskey.
