He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Sandlin and Maudie Sandlin (Matthews); and his siblings, J. C. Sandlin and Jeannie Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Mary Olivia Sandlin of Livingston, Texas; his children, Matthew Ledbetter (Katy) of Austin, Texas and Michelle Casey (Joey) of Houston, Texas; and his brother Freddie Matthew (Faye) of Livingston, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relative and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tommie's name to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
