He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Flanigan and Lawana Jean Flanigan (Luther); his siblings, Bridgette Leah Flanigan and Alvin Ray Beshears; his aunts and uncles, Paul Luther, Elmer Luther, H. D. Luther, Nadine Scott and Barbara McGouph; and his great-niece Leigh Ann McGinnis.
He is survived by: his partner Luara Dorsey; his children, Chairety Rhoden and Travis Lewis; his stepchildren, Maggie White, Joseph Dorsey and Amanda Lee; his grandchildren, Garret, Valencia, Kade, Mitchum, Patience, Shaylon, Shon, Brayden and Rowan; and his great grandchildren, Karen, Julia, Wyatt and Landon.
