He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hipps and Helen Hipps (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hipps of Livingston, Texas; and his children, Donovan Hipps of Livingston, Tommy Hipps of Magnolia, Shannon Hipps of Livingston, Jonah Hips (Tonya), Jeremiah Hipps of Livingston, Texas and Stacy Hipps of St. Petersburg, Florida. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
