We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2020, at the age of 47, Stormy O'Neill of Livingston, Texas, born in Houston, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stormy O'Neill to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Robert Chumley; and her grandfather Shelton Byrd. She is survived by: her mother Sheila Byrd Venverloh; her husband Frank O'Neill of Livingston, Texas; her brother Stacy Chumley; her sister-in-law Keodaly of Spring, Texas; her daughter Angela Vickery; her grandchildren, Henley Smith, Chris Wiggins (Addy), Mathew Vickery (Alexis) and Megan Vickery (Colton); her great grandchildren, Braden, Tripp and Tyler; and her nephews, Ian Chumley and Cole Chumley. She is also survived by other numerous relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking a donation be made to the Polk County S.P.C.A in honor of Stormy Gale O'Neill.
